Stockholm City Conference Centre has 50 inspiring conference rooms in a range of sizes – from 5 to almost 1,400 people – in two landmark buildings: Folket Hus, with its exciting Functionalist-style interiors, and Norra Latin, with its elegant 19th century interiors.

We have invested in state-of-the-art technology, and our venues are suitable for congresses, meetings, seminars, trade fairs, AGMs and other events. We also have party suites, and can cater large and small parties. Our venues enjoy a central city location, just a short distance from Stockholm’s T-Central metro hub and in easy reach of thousands of hotel rooms.

Our 50 conference rooms can accommodate from 5 to 1,400 attendees, making us one of the largest venues in central Stockholm. In Norra Latin, with its Auditorium and Pillar Hall, there are a number of bright, fresh meeting rooms with large windows, generous ceiling height and modern technical equipment.

The Congress Hall is located at the centre of Folkets Hus, with adjacent modern conference rooms in a range of sizes, plus our creative Källanmeeting concept. Norra Latin and Folkets Hus provide a distinctive atmosphere, where the 1960s meet the 1880s, with a unique history of bringing people together. We ensure the success of your meeting by offering a wide range of conference services that includes everything from stage décor, registration systems, staffing and computer equipment to text message voting systems. An experienced project manager takes charge of larger events. The Congress Hall and our larger rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment. Our experienced technicians give you complete peace of mind and help to convey your messages in the best way.

Energy and Inspiration for a Successful Event

Our unique restaurants, cafés and party suites offer lunches, dinners, mingle and parties of all kinds. Here you will find a chambre separée for private dinners, large spaces for gala dinners, as well as several flexible spaces for mingling or parties.

It is important to plan breaks during your meeting. Many important topics can be discussed during a break. The food that is served should inspire and energise the attendees to ensure that they can stay focused and keep working for a long time. Carefully prepared food and suitable beverages are two of the cornerstones of any successful meeting, party or event. The people attending your event are sure to be eagerly anticipating exceptional food and drink. The meals and beverages that we serve give the inspiration and energy needed for a successful event.

Our creative kitchen team provide delicious and very varied menus. Choose among typically Swedish and/or internationally inspired menus. We can also compose a special menu for your event based on your preferences. We have everything you need for a large spectacular party, a gala dinner with entertainment, a smaller, more intimate dinner, or after-meeting mingling – perhaps with a specific theme?
